Return policy:
You may return your unused/unopened item(s) after 14 days of receipt for a refund. The following guidelines/policy apply:
--RETURNS--
It is our goal to offer our customers a great shopping experience and make the merchandise return process easy and hassle free. If you're not happy with your purchase from Perfume Trader, you may return the purchased item(s) to our company, adhering to the following guidelines.
1- Notify us by e-mail within 14 days after delivery. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 14 days.
2- You may return any unopened/unused merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
3- Buyer is responsible for properly packaging return merchandise to prevent shipment damages. A refund may not be issued if merchandise arrives damaged or not in its original condition.
4- Upon return approval, we will email the buyer a return authorization number and a return shipping label. Please follow the e-mail instructions to ship back the merchandise.
5- Buyer pays for return shipping charge. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned order. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL BACK MERCHANDISE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND A RETURN LABEL FROM US.
--REFUNDS--
1- We can't issue refunds for shipping and restocking fees if the customer ordered the wrong product, does not read the product details, size, color or condition.
2- We can only refund shipping cost and void the 20% restocking fee if the return is a result of our shipping error. If not our shipping error, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and for the return shipping cost.
3- All orders are processed promptly upon receipt by our distribution center. ONCE THE ORDER GOES THROUGH IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
